It's Up To You New York is the latest novel for Tess Daly, that follows the life of Holly Collins who with stunning blonde hair that makes her look like a super model. Though living in Hammersmith, London Holly never thought she could ever make it a model, being a telesales operator for VitaSlim.

Though working at VitaSlim is not all bad, as Holly works with her best friend Meg. Meg is completely the opposite of Holly, with her positive personally and up beat nature, Meg is always up for anything even if that means telling Holly to go for her dream of being a model. James is Holly's boyfriend who works for a law practise as a lawyer, working his way up the ladder to try and make partner in his work's law practise.

So when Holly gets the chance of a lifetime to be a part of Street Scout, Holly decides to take a chance of a lifetime and be a part of becoming a model on television. Thrown into the crazy world that is modelling, Holly experiences everything from arguments, nasty comments and battles between models over who is best.

When everything in Holly's life turns upside down Meg is there to pick her up with a trip to the most alive city in the world, New York. Manhattan to be precise is everything Holly has ever dreamt of visiting now her dream has come true. But New York throws something Holly has never expected her way, something that will chance her life, but is it for better or for worse?

The story takes you on the journey of Holly, Meg, James, Holly's little sister Lola, Holly's Mum and all the people from the crazy world of fashion. This story is just how most people imagine what the fashion world is and they would be correct.

I would recommended this novel to everyone who loves romance, crazy friends, New York and last be not least fashion. This story is between what happens in the real world to what happens on a show like Britain's Next Top Model.

This brilliant story is a prefect summer read that is amazing page after page. If I had to sum this book up in three words it would be Fashionable, Amazing and Crazy.

I would give this book a 5/5, for the amazing story with fashion and romance mixed in.
