Alphabet Weekends by Elizabeth Noble

The tag line for this book is ‘Make a Date with Love’.

The tag line fits the story perfectly.  Every section is based on a different letter of the alphabet, the book starts with the letter 'A' which is Abseiling and ends with 'Z' which is Capo Zafferano, Palermo, Sicily.

The story resolves around Natalie and Tom, along with other members of their family. They have known each other since they were young children, their both families have been very close.

There are many other important people who play a big part in Alphabet Weekends, they are Lucy and Patrick, who are married. Patrick is Tom's brother. The other people who are included in the book are Anna and Nicholas who are Natalie's parents. Her sister's Susannah and Bridget are seen in several chapters.

Having known each other since the childhood, Natalie and Tom know each other quite well, or so it seems. Though there is one thing Tom has not told Natalie, that being he is in love with her.

So after her long term relationship with Simon falls apart, Tom decides to use the Alphabet Weekends to show Natalie just how much he loves her, but will she love him back?

Meanwhile, someone is having a baby, someone else loses their job and somebody is going behind their partners back but is it all that it seems?

If I had to describe this book in three words they would be hopefulness, captivating and amazing.

I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to be captivated by a love story with a different approach to falling in love.

I would definately read this, if you want to Make A Date With Love.

Alphabet Weekends is published by Penguin and is in many retailers now.

Another day, another book,
